Featuring breathtaking puppetry and amazing visuals, the play Life of Pi is a universally-acclaimed adaptation of a terrifying yet hopeful epic As The Guardian wrote, Life of Pi is "an extraordinary journey. Unmissable!"
When a couple sell their zoo in India for a new life in Canada, they travel with their son, Pi, and a few of the remaining animals they’ve been able to keep. But when a storm sinks the cargo ship in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, Pi is the only human survivor on the lifeboat. His only company are four animals: a hyena, a zebra, an orangutan, and a Royal Bengal tiger. But nature is harsh and they are running out of time. As Pi fights for his life, only one thought takes hold in his mind: Will he survive this adventure?
Life of Pi is based on Yann Martel's beloved novel of the same name. The novel won the Man Booker Prize and has sold over fifteen million copies worldwide. It was adapted into a film in 2012.
